The saleswoman was very helpful when I went in to purchase a new fridge. She listened to my needs and sold me exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. After the delivery I realized there was a shelf on the door missing and so I called the store. They told me they needed me to tell them the model and serial number of the fridge and it would be just as easy for me to call Whirlpool myself. I was not impressed with the after care and will keep that in mind in future.

I had my windows and doors replaced and was impressed every step of the way. Mark came to my house and measured up he was punctual and friendly. The installers did a superb job, very quick, cleaned up after themselves and did a wonderful job trimming the windows. I never realized how much nicer the outside of my place would look just with new windows. It's like a face lift for a house, not to mention I'm sure between new windows and my new furnace I'll be toasty this winter.

Their new location is gorgeous. The staff are always helpful and willing to help no matter if it's a major purchase or just a small part. I have never been disappointed when I go there, they stock so much that I there has never been a need to order a single thing for my pool or hot tub; it's already on the shelf.

There is nothing more annoying than the sales people in the brick. They pounce as soon as you step foot inside the store and then follow you around the entire time. The salesman I dealt with was not helpful at all. I had already done my research online prior to stepping foot in the store and knew exactly what I wanted. He actually told me they didn't have what I was looking for! I do love the bunk bed and delivery guys were great. However, next time I need furniture I will not be headed to the brick.

We replaced our counters with gorgeous quartz. The installers were awesome. The showed up on time and actually rolled out red carpet. They were quick and efficient. I wasn't 100% satisfied with the sales staff as it was more difficult to book an appointment than I thought but they were great once we were able to sit down with them.

When I was a kid I hated going to fabricland cause my mom would spend what felt like hours looking at all the fabric. Now, I LOVE spending time looking through all the many bolts they have. The staff are super as well, always willing to answer any questions and give helpful suggestions. Small town welcome, but with the selection of the city.
