911 Mold Restoration has a two part service. The first part comes in and takes your ceiling down (We had mold problems in the bathroom). The second part comes and puts your ceiling back up (patches, repairs, repaints). Now it took us about 5 phone calls just to get them in (this was the first sign, but we were desperate so we kept calling). After the mold guys left, they were supposed to have the construction guys call us back, but they didn't. We called 3...4...5..times before someone finally got back to us. Anyways, when the mold guys came they cut around the entire ceiling because they assumed the mold was everywhere. But it was only in a small section (probably one-quarter of the ceiling). Now we get a huge estimate to repair it...and it took two weeks to get it. I wrote an email to the director in my angry state telling him to give us a more reasonable rate...he told me to feel free to look elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend going with these people. Unreliable and can be rude.
