My house has a 2-level roof and the shingles on the lower part were in poor condition. Patrick came by and gave me a very reasonable estimate and shortly after he and his team showed up to do the job. Prior to starting Patrick explained what was going to be done and the options I had for shingles. He and his team worked diligently and were mostly finished by the end of the day. They installed two new roof vents and matched the colour of the new shingles to the existing ones incredibly well

The work done by the crew installing the drainage system was excellent and well done. But it was the little things that were done by a second crew that have angered me. 1. All the lights were left on in the kitchen, hallway and bathroom after they left my house. 2. My garbage can was used to either carry or mix cement. 3. The water in my rain barrel was used for the cement and is now unusable for watering my orchids. 4. The floating water heater I use in the rain barrel was damaged and now doesn't float properly. 5. My recycle containers and an extension cord were not put back from where they were taken after they were finished with them. I am reluctant to recommend this company because although the work that was done was of excellent quality, the fact that I was not asked (or told) about the above items really, really bothers me.
