Tara from masonville

We bought a house August 08 and were able to complete most of the reno before 1 of our tennent started school. It was finished in approx 2 months. It was a complete tear down and rebuild. Exterior walls insulated, new wiring in the basement, 2 new bathrooms, kitchen with small common area and 3 bedrooms for a rental. I think Pat has some photos of the whole project start to finish.
