Aaron and Tristan were fantastic! They played furniture jenga and we were able to unload way more than we thought. They used caution on carpets and near walls. Very pleased.

We met with Reg last winter and booked June 05th as the start date for our garage. At the end of April people showed up to mark utility lines. We contacted Reg to let him know there was paperwork here for him. He explained they would be arriving the next week, the beginning of May to start. We let him know we had not removed our shed as we weren't aware they were coming early. He put us back to a June 05 start date. We weren't concerned when the work didn't start on the 5th it had been very wet in the days leading up to the 5th. We did start to get worried when June was coming to an end and we still hadn't heard from them and they were not responding to calls or emails. Finally we heard from Reg the third week of June and he indicated they would be there the next week. Two weeks later they showed up to start. The work went slowly but finally over the period of a month it was completed. The garage is solidly built and we were pleased. Reg came and was paid the final instalment. At this time he told us we passed the inspection. Unfortunately the inspection hadn't actually happened and we hadn't found out until after we had moved everything into the garage. Finally on Sept 03 the inspector came. We were home and he told us that our garage did not pass inspection. It is because of the soffits used in the eve of the garage. Glenn was contacted and he told us that we passed the inspection. We let him know that we had paperwork from the inspector telling us we did not pass. He said he would contact the inspector and would call us back. We waited and a month later called Glenn to see when the work would be fixed. He said once the season was over for them someone would come out to fix it. It is now November 15 and no one has been out and no one has contacted us. We would love to give a positive review but we are now 5 and a half months into this and they have not fulfilled their contractual obligations despite having been paid in full since August. We have left voice messages but have not received a call back.
Well yes most of the information is correct but as was said I did go by and the husband and son were in the garage and he did say the inspector was by and all was good and he apologized for the confusion but I found out later it was electrical not the building
So we rebooked the building inspection and he closed the file saying all was good but a diffencie in the soffit was to be plain for any overhang within a 4 ft side yard has to be plain not vented
But what the inspector did not know was the fence is 10" inside her property line and we are all good but the customer said the inspector wanted it done so I did tell her as soon as the season is wrapped up we will replace it no problem
Well it was scheduled for last week but the weather turned -26 so it will be done as soon as the weather breaks it will be done
As for the rating I think is rather harsh as the garage looks and is beautiful and I'm sure she would admit it and as far as we are concerned it is not out of the norm but we should have been better
So sorry but we do hope you enjoy your new garage
