Met Roger a few weeks ago to discuss the prospect of doing my driveway with a number of other residents on my street. Roger met us individually and I felt he really cared about the service he was providing and the needs of the client. On September 15th, the work was done by crew of workers, each one carefully attending to their respective duties for the work. Before it began, I had an opportunity to speak to one of the workers and this guy was very professional, as he spoke positive about the work to be done. During the course of the day I could see all the workers working on paving my driveway and Roger was there to ensure all went well. It did, and I am pleased with the work. Thanks Roger! Mike

Although we started about 2 or 3 years ago, Kris the owner wanted to wait for the concrete to settle a bit more before starting the restoration work. The men started the job and were very professional and meticulous in their work. In the end they created something neither I nor my wife had anticipated. We love it!

Unfortunately, due to poorly completed concrete work performed by a general contractor on my walkway and steps, I had to seek another contractor to correct this problem. Fortunately, I was able to connect with Kris from Gold Well Restoration. After a short meeting with the owner at his store then at my house, I could see that he showed empathy in wanting to show us other options to correct the previous work that was done. When the workmen began I could see the difference in how the work was being completed by Gold Well employees vs the ones I had before. The Gold Well employees were courteous, professional and considerate of my neighbours and my property. In the end, the work was more than what we had expected. Thank you Kris and your staff for correcting a serious problem for us. Michael D
