My neighbor noticed some shingles missing from my roof and advised me of such. I called the principal of above noted company who quickly responded advising it would cost between $200-$250 which I agreed to over the phone. We made arrangements to meet in mid-fall and he advised he was going to get the shingles from a supplier and arrived promptly at our house. He surveyed the work and advised that it could be done for $200.00 and as part of the service he would look over any other shingles that may have loosened. He was able to finish within an hour to 1 1/4 hours after which I reviewed the work and it seemed satisfactory. He did leave the left over shingles and I was satisfied that the work appeared good. About a month later I was driving home I saw loose shingles on the roof. I called Sean right away to advise that I was having issues. He made an appointment to come by and check out the situation. He graciously went up to review the situation and was able to repair the work within 30 minutes. After he came down I asked what the damage ($) would be and he advised not to worry about it. I was thankful. We made a connection because he was also a graduate of York University Atkinson College in Marketing. We talked a little about real estate and our families, had a coffee and the completed work made me feel safer since there will hopefully not be any leaks. Sean advised one of the problems is that our roof/property back on to vacant land that has not been developed yet. Once development is completed we should see less problems. I do not have a problem recommending this company to my closest friends or family
