During the quotation process with over 4 other roofers competing, Chris stood our with his customer service. He offered to patch up some shingles that were blown away; free of cost. A couple of others wanted to charge for it. His crew arrived on a cold January and got on to that icy roof, to replace those shingles. Then the Remember me crew showed up late April to do the complete roof. Not only was the job done as promised, the crew also fixed a washroom venting issue Chris had noticed in the winter. We did not see the crew as we were at work and they left the place as if they had never been there. Except for a new roof! If only all service providers were like Chris and his crew.
