I bought an entry level desktop PC Sept 2013; placing the order etc was pretty efficient & I had my new box in 1 business day. I've always been somewhat skeptical of "custom" PCs but when Dan gave a detailed list of the components he puts in, it was obvious his approach was correct; give the customer the most reliable product you can for the price. He moved all my data and applications, including email history as part of the price & never once tried to up sell me to a bigger ticket purchase. Everything went well until early Oct 2014 when I started having boot up issues. Being a stubborn SOB I tried to figure out the problem on my own and of course failed (I'm not WIN7 Literate). The long & short of it is I called, described the issues & he had me bring the unit in, then diagnosed the issue (a failing peripheral) and told me how to fix it. I need to point out he did this at NO CHARGE even though I was over the RMCR Warranty period AND the issue had nothing to do with the products he supplied. To put it bluntly, if you want to be talked down to or treated in a cavalier fashion, GO ELSEWHERE. If, on the other hand, you appreciate straight up information and high levels pf personal service, do yourself a favour and visit RMCR. Stellar service, reasonable prices and honesty mean I'll be back.
