I ordered a washer online on May 10, cancelled it within 24 hrs and was promised a refund will be proccessed. Several times sears called me telling me it will be refunded. After a few weeks I called back Sears and they said its being processed and few more days or a few more weeks. After promising me my refund I still had people calling me in JULY asking me when I want the washer delivered ... ridiculous! Promises promises promises. Well its August 13th, 2017. Over 3 monthes and so many phone calls so much wasted time and still NO REFUND. $865.71 held hostage by Sears. I feel this is not legal. It is too late to dispute with my credit card company because the limit is 30 days, foolish of me to believe that they will process the refund so I waited and waited and check account constantly causing so much stress and anxiety.
