Q Design did my the draperies in my great room and dining room, as well as bench cushions for my kitchen. I worked with Crystal to select the appropriate fabrics and styles and she couldn't have been more helpful. Since our house was new, I originally considered draperies and throw cushions for the entire house and Crystal enthusiastically and patiently worked with me to find fabrics for every room even though she knew that my budget would only accommodate a couple rooms. We worked through each room before deciding to focus on the great room, dining room, and kitchen. Once the draperies were finished and hung, there was a bit of a problem with the hem of the drapes in the great room. The drapes were hung from a ceiling mounted rod and the ceiling is 14'. The draperies were ever so slightly uneven with the floor. Crystal didn't hesitate a moment before saying they would take them down and re-hem them. A couple weeks later, she returned with her crew to rehang them and they were perfect! I have had many custom draperies made so I am familiar with the process and with the standards of quality. Q Design has the fabric variety, the expertise, and the attention to quality and detail that I expect of a high-end, custom drapery provider. But, they also are very sensitive to cost considerations and maximizing value received for dollars spent. Crystal has an excellent eye for colour and seems to really understand how to deliver excellent customer service. I will definitely return to Q Design and to Crystal when I am ready to decorate the rest of the rooms in my house.
