We found Valentini on Homestars. We were looking for a turnkey company that could handle a major kitchen renovation for our home in Markham. From the very first meeting and briefing that we had with Piero, we determined that we liked their approach to design and overall project management. We felt our large project would be in good hands and we selected them. We worked together to create the optimal design - often working together into the late hours of the night. Once we had the final design in hand – the renovation began. The kitchen was completely gutted and under the expertise of Piero’s brother, Anthony, the transformation began and our kitchen became a beautiful, functional space, with a design that worked so well with our home’s open style concept. Valentini’s attention to detail and their care was exemplary. They even went over and above and had their electrician to make a quick adjustment to an outside light fixture (not at all in the project scope) because Anthony noticed there was a problem with it. Importantly, they were true to their word…once they started our project they did not take on other projects that would interfere with the timeline until ours was completed. While there were a couple of small glitches along the way (perhaps to be expected with a project with so many different tradesmen) their professionalism and desire to ensure customer satisfaction were commendable. We have since recommended them to our friends and acquaintances for their renovation projects.
