Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Our roof was the original and over 20 years old. It was still in good condition, but we did not want to worry about leaks. So, time to get a new roof. After researching types of roofs and what to look for in a contractor, we decided Interlock Roofing was the best deal. Yes, a metal roof costs more. But a 50 year warrantee outweighs the cost and enhances the worth of our house. Knowing that one company handles everything from manufacturing, selling, installing and guaranteeing product and workmanship is also a great plus. Our installers worked very hard and answered all our questions. They began on Thursday and stayed half of Saturday to get the job done. They did an outstanding job and we appreciate their courtesy and work ethic. Now we have a beautiful blue roof that has already generated interest from people passing by. I’m sure more people will take a look when the leaves fall and our roof can be seen from further away. We did not qualify for any state or federal (eliminated in 2013) incentives on this, but our insurance company gave us a rebate for just getting a new roof. Thank you Interlock.
