It was a great experience dealing with JP Power group, from trying to figure out how many lights (8), to getting some basic pricing, right to the end result! Plus had them had a new switch as well as changing an existing switch while there. Max and David who were onsite to do the work were great! Professional, helpful and super nice. They helped by explaining everything and giving suggestions, as well as patiently laying out their suggestions so we could understand exactly what they were going to do. Super Clean on top of all that! Glad I found them on HomeStars and look forward to having them back for my next project!

Have a crack in the foundation (corner) in my basement. Had some dampness/wetness in the past... Researched multiple solutions but found that crack injection made the most sense for us... Talked to a few different companies that I found on Homestars, but Mark seemed to go the extra mile right off the bat. Very responsive with calls/messages, and came out to house to inspect the issue. Pointed out a few things I hadn't noticed, as well as being very thorough with his explanation of the problem I was having and what he could do to solve it. Job completed as promised, on time, with no surprises! Very happy with his work! Thanks Mark! John
