My wife and I shopped around our own neighborhood (Niagara) to find someone who could do this kind of job for us, without success. We stumbled on Berkley quite by accident, but we had an immediate trust for the guy . . . go figure. I'm a perfectionist and he did a splendid job. Since we were from out-of-town, Berkley even took us to his leather supplier so that we could select the correct grade of leather and color shade to match what we had. We were so happy with the service we received, the quality of workmanship provided and the price we paid for the work. So much so, that we brought our chair cushions to him as well. The guys were very professional, which I never expected from "roofers." Very polite in manners, accurate with their work, were on the job site on time, cleaned up after themselves quite well. Mine was a three-step project over a two-year period. As a result, there were two separate crews, and I would rate them equally. The only problem was during the home renovation, at the end of the day on a Friday, the compressor broke down and they couldn't finish the job (I lent them my own compressor, but that also broke down). As a result of rain over the weekend, I had to scramble to catch the water leaks. However, in the end there was no damage. This is the only reason that I rated them a 9, rather than a 10. Good job and keep it up.
