In August 2016 I approached Canadian Choice Windows & Doors for getting an estimation for replacing the windows of my home (17 windows, 2 doors, a French door and a new bay windows) . Stan Rait visited our home to review their product. He was very knowledgeable of the products and unlike any sales persons, he did not focus on selling a product. He explained the differences between their product and what is being sold in the market. He did a quick windows measurement and provided a an estimate. At the end of our meeting, he arranged for the installer to come and get an exact measurement. A few days later Igor came and measured the windows and doors. He was very upfront and explained what can be done and what cannot be done. We had shutters on old windows and we wanted to reuse them and he said they will not fit . We were happy with estimation and there was no hidden cost. We closed the deal. A few days later we received a call for setting up a date for installation. We also received an instruction for preparation of the house for installers. On the day of installation, Igor and team arrived on time in the morning and they started working on the front of the house. They worked very professionally and answered my questions during two days of installation. Overall I am very satisfied with the work and service they provided. I will follow up with another feedback after the winter and explain if the new windows were effective or not.

I called Envirotech and Mark came to visit my home. I told him about the cold room above the garage and other rooms being cold. He explained to me the reason for the problem. He provided me with a reasonable estimate. He suggested to increase the Attic insulation to R50 and insulate the external wall and celing of the garage. We scheduled a date for the work and his staff showed up on time. They worked for 7 hours and after they finished their work, they cleaned the area that they worked on. The next day my cold room was gone and the temperature upstairs was warmer by 1.5 degree. Job well done and I am very satisfied.
