My fence repair job taught me that a low bid can be a top-notch job. The team at Fence Master arrived on time, surveyed the situation, and explained what would be done. They clearly had the skills and equipment to do a very good job without delay. Since we showed an interest in the proceedings, explanations were provided clearly. I'm very happy with the end result and would recommend them.

After living in our bungalow for 15 years, we knew it was time to build or buy. We checked out the buy options while working with Jason Bunn of UK Construction to develop conceptual plans and a price to do it all. With a budget in mind, we went ahead and did it. We did end up paying more than we planned to for upgraded finishings, electrical, cabinetry, and granite; additional insulation; surprise plumbing problems; and budgeting mistakes. He told us to prepare to spend another 15% above the contract price. That was good advice. Jason was full of good advice, and good service, before, during, and after construction. You can tell he wants to do a good job.

I probably shouldn't have waited, but who knew that a newly-constructed house could have such dirty ducts. I do now. The 2-man crew did a great job. Their biggest challenge was reaching my furnace from the truck with their vacuum hose. They came back with a longer hose and figured out an access through the front and out the back of the garage and then in a basement window. These guys know what they're doing.
