The service was slightly more expensive than I originally thought it would be, but it was definitely worth it! The technician spent over an hour at our new house cleaning the carpet on 2 floors. While some stains from the previous owners would not come out, the carpets look fantastic, and the home smells so clean! If you're just moving in, go with the Benefect product that disinfects the carpets as well, it's definitely worth it. I wouldn't suggest doing it all the time, unless someone has severe allergies, because it's an extra service. All in all, great service, friendly technician, really knew his stuff.

You are right, Benefect isn't always necessary when cleaning the carpets, especially since our equipment is able to clean at very high temperatures to kill most bacteria but it does give piece of mind to our clients to disinfect the carpets when moving into a new home or if there are allergies.
