Ian makes sure you fall in love with your new Nadurra floor; that's actually not surprising. What's surprising is if you don't become his friend for life! Ian came for an inspection, gave pointers (I especially recall his concern about humidity in the house and how to correct it - apparently not good for people let alone floors) and so on. Really friendly, nice guy! A floor is just wood, but It is comforting that there are honest, conscientious people that you can buy from.
