An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We recently bought an old house installed with an old electric furnace. The furnace had not been serviced for over 6 years. We hired Lee on recommendation from family members, who opened up our furnace and took care of all the repairs. He is very knowledgeable in his line of work and explained everything about how it works, and why it is so important to keep it clean, and do regular maintenance. We are more than happy with the $200 we paid as we now have a fully functioning furnace in optimum condition.
