We had a worst experience at XL Car rental in Mississauga. I just wanted to take a minute to share my awful experience, so people think twice before choosing XL Car rental services. We got into an accident on November 3rd, 2016 in Mississauga and Royal Auto Collision Centre offered to rent a car from XL Car rental. We told Nail XL Car Rental’s representative that we need the car for a few days only, since we have a second car. Next day I contacted to XL Car Rental for an appointment to return the car. XL Car Rental informed me that I will be changed “cancellation penalty” fee amount of $250.00. I had a very hard time returning this car in the 5138 Everest Drive Mississauga; Neil was forcing me to keep the car and take advantage of the insurance company. After my written cancellation request and several phone calls from our Car Insurance Adjuster, he finally accepted the car. I didn’t pay any cancellation penalty, because there is no such fee. People rent a car when they need it, and return the car when they don’t need. I would never ever endorse XL Car Rental Services and Royal Auto Collision to anyone. They are very bad-mannered, and very unprofessional and trying to take advantage of people. Any phone conversation with so called customer service representative Nail ended up with his rude and ignorant remarks. I don’t want anyone have the same experience what I went through.

I would never recommend All Star Roofing services to anyone. Aaron was very unprofessional. We agreed in one product his crew installed different product without our knowledge; we found out it by accident. He claimed that there was a misunderstanding. How you can misunderstand, when I have the contract with the product I am interested, my husband left a message and spoke with him on the phone couple of days before. One day work was completed in 3 days. They left my doorway in mess. Aaron promised to send someone for cleanup, I am still waiting..
