An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We hired Diamond Aluminum to install NEW eaves and downspouts on our home. The experience was very favorable from beginning to end. From the onset you deal with the owner Ray who comes and provides a comprehensive estimate and explains what is recommended and outlines how the process works. He and his staff are extremely professional, communicate well and are very responsive. The job was done quickly and efficiently and they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.
