We were only in our newly built house for just over three years when a huge leak occurred. Apparently what happened is when the siding was put on the houde, the individual did not know how to properly flash it at the point where the house and garage meet. Needless to say we spent a good two months in the winter with the interior of our house exposed as insulation was drenched and drywall destroyed. Never again will I buy a house constructed by Austin. This was only one of the many problem we had.
