Louise was pleasant with a sharp eye For design and detail. The install team also did not disappoint ... Professional in every sense. I really wish I had another project to engage them for. I definitely will not forget this great experience. I'd met Louise a year earlier when I was starting to scope my renovations projects. She and the company so impressed me that I didn't bother looking any further, they were first in mind when I was finally prepared to start this particular update/renovation.

- Be realistic. The old adage 'good things not cheap, cheap things not good' holds most true with decisions like renovations large and small. Most common issue I hear is that project cost seem to balloon quickly but that's because projects were started without a realistic understanding of cost and effort so this forms the root of difficult renovations. Researching cost of materials is great but only if you can be hands on, ie. see/feel the product so you can appreciate why pricing ranges for things that 'look' the same.
