I had custom window screens made for 8 windows, two of which are sliding patio doors. They came on time and finished the work in two short working sessions. The screens fit perfectly and I have no more bugs! Great price, friendly people, great quality.

A leaky condo situation is a tough one. One would hope for careful, considerate repair work. If that's what you want, don't go with this company. They are messy and careless and don't pay attention to small details. I felt like I wan't listened to and my requests were disregarded. Too many cheap shortcuts were taken.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Pay attention to customer service and treat my home the way they would want their own home to be treated.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Put everything away, including your bedding and pictures. Buy a good vacuum cleaner, becuase there is a lot of drywall dust.

I purchased IKEA laminate flooring and hired their installer to come and install the flooring. They did an excellent job and left my place in beautiful condition. All the edges and tiny details are perfect.
