We use Fraser StrataCare ltd for weeding of beds, pruning of shrubs, trimming of hedges and spraying of roundup herbicides. They have been able to accommodate a couple of request that we have in the complex. They are open to suggestions to make their service better.
We use Dana's service for cleaning our clubhouse every month. She is very friendly and has provided a good service. It is impecable the work that she does; I would not mind to recommend her service.

Stephen helped us in doing the inspection for a property that we bought. He did a good due diligence and walk me through the process of the inspection. He did not rush it and took the time necessary to complete the inspection need it for the property. He pointed to me several things that I had to address in time and that saved me money. I would not hesitate in recommending Stephen anytime.
Furniture for Bedroom and Kitchen
Vicki from VivoInteriors has helped us again and provided excellent service. In early May we had family coming and need to buy a bedroom furniture. They helped us with furniture for the living room and kitchen as well which the table was not working properly and they changed without hesitation. The quality that they have for furniture is excellent. The services on the delivery was on time. We have used in the past for TV stand, Coach for the amenity area. I will use them again if need to buy additional furniture.
We have an tenant moving form our apartment and the place was a mess. I hired Mrs Angelina to do the cleaning in our place. She did a great work that we hired it again to help us in our house. She is reliable and a trusty person.
Gutter cleaining and Power Wash
We moved at the beginning to the year to our new house and we needed to have the gutter cleaned. Derek was very efficient and he did a good Job at our place. He is honest and was introduced to us by our neighbor. I will use Derek for other task in the future.
Chris (owner of GradeApainters) did an excellent work in my place. I require the job to be done in a fairly quick time and within a budget. He could accommodate the time and help me this job. I have used Chris services for painting before and he always been reliable and we have build that trust relationship.
