They came in and inspected a house we recently bought. Went through the house and thoroughly checked all appliances, made sure no water leaks. Checked for proper plumbing, electrical worked, and a complete tour of the house for any other repairs. Then discussed each section of the assessment with us. All in all they did a tremendous job and very friendly.

Very friendly, knowledgeable. he was ok with his arrival time. he was working on other projects as well. on time and on budget with regards to his estimate. very tidy, cleaned up after himself daily. never took a break until the job was done. he cared about our deadline. he does also offer seniors discounts. easy to deal with, he returned calls in a timely manner. he offers 24 hour service as well.

Punctual, on time, on budget. courteous, knowledgeable. Complete workbook DVD of the problems which he discovered. easy to deal with. easy to contact. tidy, he walked us through everything that he found, both good and bad.
