It is quite a relief that I found Natural Choice and reached out to them. I had a bad experience with another contractor who started installing my furnace and air conditioner combo back in Sep 2018... fast forward to Jun 2019 and I still had the air conditioner sitting in my garage. Not to mention parts of the furnace not being installed correctly. Getting fed up I called Natural Choice who came out immediately for a quote and to survey the work. They noticed the things that were bothering me and pointed out a few I did not even notice. Right away their professionalism was way above my previous experience - no comparison really. Within a week of agreeing to the work they were out to do the install that I was waiting months for. They also fixed all the other problems. I can rest much easier knowing the job was done properly. Matt and Mike were courteous and efficient. And I now have a company I can rely on for my yearly service, and should anything happen in between. Just wishing I had found them to begin with!

I have a couple of squirrel nests in a roofed over deck "room" at the side of the house, but was beginning to get worried that they may have relocated into my attic space. Called Scott and within 2 days he was out to have a look. He did a full inspection of my roof and assured me that it was in good shape and did not see any entry points. He also gave me advice on how to seal up the roofed deck if we wished to control the squirrels in that area. I was very happy with his promptness to address my concern and his friendly demeanor. Will definitely be calling him if I have any other wildlife concerns in the future!

Foundation was looking a little wary, cracks and crumbling on two sides of the house. I could use my fingers to break it away. Dwight from A&A Masonry showed up bright and early this morning to start the work. Very pleasant to talk to and had no problems with my questions. I wish I had before pics because I was so impressed with how it looked after. I am very happy with the finished job. It looks like a new foundation! Almost wish I asked for the other two sides to get done. When I need it, I will definitely call A&A Masonry back - and ask for Dwight again.

I had a leak in my roof. Within a week of calling Rob sent out his crew to put a tarp down in order to prevent further leaks into the house. The quote was reasonable compared to others we had received. But it was the confidence I received when asking all my questions about the job and it never felt like I was being pressured or sold to - in fact they recommended other contractors in the area to make sure I got enough quotes! Ended up getting the heavier duty Duration shingles and a Velux sun tunnel. The work was great and they were finished in surprisingly little time. Final price was exactly the same as the written quote. I can finally sleep again without worrying about the rain. I have already recommended them to my neighbours.
