My husband and I have recently renovated our whole main level and basement including reroofing and refacing the outside of our house. This was the first time we had undertaken such a large renovation project and as we got into it we soon realized it was much more work than originally expected. With neither my husband nor myself being particularly creative and starting to get overwhelmed, we knew we needed an objective expert to help. Our kitchen company recommended Felicia Gimza and we started working with her very early on in our project. Felicia has been an absolute delight to work with. She has helped us in almost all of our decisions and as we view our new home she has her fingerprints throughout. She helped us choose our kitchen cabinetry, our colours both inside and out, our counter tops, both hardwood and tile, our new front door, roof colours, windows and garage door, and carpet for the basement. Once we made the foundational decisions, then we got into the ‘FUN” of choosing new furniture for our family room, mantels for the fireplaces, rugs, coffee tables, bar stools, window coverings, cushions and more. Lastly once all arrived, Felicia has helped with furniture placement, where to hang pictures and overall staging! I really do not know what we would have done without Felicia’s support or what we would have ended up with! She listened to what we wanted, what our overall preferences are and worked with us to help make decisions off course taking into account budget throughout.
