I originally contacted G.I.Joe Heating to have a garage heater installed. Gilles came out to our home and gave me a quote and walked me through the requirements and codes he would need to comply with to install it correctly. He was very courteous and professional and the install happened the following week. I did get other quotes from several other companies just to be sure I was getting the quality I wanted at a reasonable price and I chose to continue foreward with G.I Joe. The install went great and i ended up paying exactly what it was quoted at (no up-sells, no hidden charges, no surprises. . . which I really appreciated). I also added a few tasks last minute for Gilles to check since I was having issues with my fireplace and furnace. He diagnosed both and was able to repair my fireplace shortly thereafter and help resolve the furnace issue. I was barely charged for these services since he was already there and I appreciated that he was able to accomodate my last-minute needs even though he already had a busy schedule that day. I'll definetly be calling again when the need arises.
