He did our inspection about year and a half ago and he did a great job. He separated a list of what needed to be done immediately and things that could be done over the long term. Since then everything has been according to his information.
I bought a beautiful table at Habitat Restore a couple of years ago and I like to go there to see the various items. They always have new things coming all the time.

Heard about Fair Deal from neighbours and were priced reasonably. The flooring was excellent but the the installer was not experienced on the finishing. Estimated time was prolonged by 5 days and ended up costing more than what was quoted. Also, the delayed hinder another project install that I was not pleased.
