Very, pleased. Vlad (our salesman) was very professional, very knowledgable, and very informative on the product, and all installation procedures. He brought samples of the windows, and examined how they were made. Installation staff were excellent. Very professional. Overall we are very happy. From start to finish all aspects we're taken care of. Now we know the benefits of new windows, less dust gets into the house, house is warmer/cooler, saves energy, and much quieter.
