We recently purchased a home in Erin and we needed a home inspector. The home is not even two years old but I wanted the peace of mind that everything was as is should be. Michael was so thorough it was unbelievable. While the home was new he did not leave any corner uncovered, he in fact discovered some real issues that needed to be addressed by the builder of the home. He was totally professional in his process and conduct with us. I would absolutely recommend Michael a 100 times over. He absolutely knows what he’s doing and he takes his job serious and has respective for the trust we lay upon him to inspect such a large personal investment.
