The motor in my furnace did not work and there was no heat in the house. Alan sent one guy to "check" and he called me to ask for 1000 dollars to get a new motor. Alan told me "you have to spend more than $1500 from other contractors". As I told him I would shop around to see whether I can get a better deal, Alan just asked his guy to charge me $150 for 15 mins in my home and said this is regular price. Finally I got another contractor, and paid $500 to get a new motor, not $1500. From my perspective, this contractor is not an honest one. Don't trust him.
