This company was recommended to us by the previous owner of our home who had used their services for quite some time. We were not overly impressed with their client service - e.g., once they didn't even get back to us. The actual work gets done fine but it's a bit of a challenge to get to this point, so to speak. We are now using a different company and are very happy with them.

Needless to say, a septic pump failure is not what you'd like to deal this, especially over the weekend. The guys from WildRose Vaccuum Services were available to replace the pump first thing Monday morning - great job, quick and clean.
