Total purchase 4 medium and 2 large for two rooms facing east. The originals did not fully cover, letting in early bright morning light on the sides. After a number of phone calls, Joe replaced all, this time properly measured and installed by Isaac. Took a while but huge improvement and good to know that he stands behind his products.

Chuck Cuschieri of Charlie's Plumbing was on time (late afternoon), worked hard,removed the old and installed the new toilet. Then he diagnosed the cause for our slow draining kitchen sink, promised to come back the very next day so he could keep a previously made appointment. Again, he was on time brought all the correct supplies, cut out the section of the pipe and replaced it as needed. I would definitely use hm again and recommend him to others.
