Preliminary design of Villa Dortoir (Guest cottage)
Needed a preliminary design, floor plan, elevations and pier foundation locations for 700 square foot guest cottage. Plans exceeded my expectations given my very modest budget. Cottage in Quebec, I'm in Ontario, Kevin is in Alberta. All went smoothly, Communication was excellent. Also provide 3D rendering, bonus.
