DO NOT USE EI. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Now over a year, Graham took a critical component(warrantee) for repair, rendering the entire system useless. Following-up by phone & email is useless. It still has not been fixed and he refuses to supply name & contact where it was sent as he is the local rep for Crestron. BTW, speakers are falling from ceiling, some are non-function and the built-in electronics system is hooked up by power bars even though wires where run during the build to accommodate this system...all for $30,000.00.
