i HAD PURCHASED A HOME THAT HAD KNOB AND TUBE WIRING AND COULD NOT INSURANCE UNTILL I RE WIRED THE PART THAT WAS KNOB AND TUBE. I TRIED CALLING SEVERAL COMPANIES AND NO ONE WAS WILLING TO TAKE ON THE JOB, OR IF THEY DID WOULD ONLY DO SO WITH OUT PERMITS OR AT A PRICE THAT WAS IN THE TENS OF THOUSANDS. A FRIEND GAVE ME FRANK ELECTRIC # AND WHEN I CALLED FOUND FRANK TO A PLEASANT YOUNG MAN WHO KNEW WHAT MY PROBLEM WAS AND HOW URGENT IT WAS TO GET IT DOWN ASAP. WITHIN 2 HOURS HEW WAS AT MY HOME AND GAVE ME A QUOTE I COULD NOT BELIEVE AND ALSO SAID HE ONLY DID WORK WITH PERMITS - WOULD NOT DO WORK THAT COULD NOT BE WARRANTIED AND BE A POTENTIAL PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE. HE ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY AND WORKED 2 FULL DAYS WITH HELPERS AND WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THE HYDRO INSPECTOR SAID IT WAS A SUCH a GOOD - 0NE SELDOM SEEN, WHEN HE LOOKED AT THE ELECTRICIANS NAME HE WAS NOT SURPRISED - FRANK ALWAYS DID A+++++ WORK I WOULD HIHGR RECOMMEND THIS COMAPNY FOR THEIR HONESTY, SCOPE OF WORK AND THE UNDERSTANDING STAFF DIANA
