The service was excellent the result perfect but Oh the price!!! 108 for the service call, then another 151 to install a part that is worth only a couple of dollars. so a 45 minute call cost $259 before tax, thats 340/hour, shame shame shame!

It’s unfortunate but the cost to run a good service business these days can be much higher than people expect. The majority of products on the market these days are far more complicated than they were in the past requiring the skill levels of our technicians to be very extensive. Just the cost of getting them to your home to ring the door bell might surprise some people. In our efforts to continually provide a high level of customer service and reliability we pre-quote all of our work using standardized flat rate pricing, much like the automotive industry, except we make house calls. We appreciate receiving all comments from our customers, and have found that the negative ones can be especially helpful in pointing out our shortcomings thus allowing us to find better ways to provide greater value to our customers.
