Mike responded quickly, provided us with solid options for our balcony railing replacement. He was also able to bring in a fantastic roofer/contractor to do the repairs and roofing we needed before the railing installation. We had been having a really hard time finding someone who understood the scope of what needed to be done and had the ability to do the work properly prior to meeting Mike. Now, our balcony is completely redone, water tight and solid. The railings look beautiful and are very sturdy. Mike's installation guy was also super conscientious and skilled.
