Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

September 5, 2014 We wanted to thank you for your helpfulness, advice, thoroughness and expertise, which made our decision less stressful. You had pointed out many deficiencies that we had not initially noticed, they were a big surprise to us. You found asbestos, mold, structural, HVAC, electrical, issues (plus many additional issues), and most importantly this home was not environmentally safe for us. You took the time to explain all of the deficiencies in detail, and provided us a ball park estimate on the cost to fix those issues. Thank you once again for your service, when it is time to purchase another home, you will be the first person we call, and will recommend you to any friends or family that may be looking for an experienced home inspector.“ William & Alexandra
