I read all of the ratings and was a little skeptical as to how one person could rack up all of these positive ratings with the competitors having few or none. After doing some homework I decided to give Reliable Home Inspection a chance. Having now worked with Mr. Manjur Mirza for my inspection, I now understand why. His knowledge of building codes, best practices and engineering, as well as being equipped with the right tools, gives him the ability to effectively analyze and report on any looming concerns in the house. He spent 3 hours in the property and gave us an organized binder with a full report on the state of the home along with 150 photos (electronically). He also gave us some sound advice on how to improve the home in the long run to increase efficiency, things i would have never thought of. Also, I would like to add that his rates are indeed quite fair and extremely competitive. I feel much more comfortable making my purchase after his inspection.
