We had some wasps nesting inside our window. Jim came within 48 hours of our call and dealt the the situation promptly and efficiently. We had to call him back when it became clear that the nest was bigger than it first appeared. After our call he was back within 24 hours and his second visit destroyed the rest of the nest. Jim was a friendly, down to earth guy who knew his stuff. I will not hesitate to recommend him to friends and neighbours.
