We had water entering our basement and decided on Suite Builders after visiting one of their work sites. I was impressed with the work they were doing on a house in our neighbourhood and the home owner too was very satisfied. Jeff Smith come to my house and give me an estimate to fix any imperfections in the foundation, install weeping tile and install a sump and pump. Suite Builders were at my residence as promised and began the excavation. They did all the repairs necessary and installed the sump pump and back filled the area. We were so impressed with how well the whole job went, they started when they said, they did a great job doing the repairs, the weeping tile was put in place, the job site was cleaned up very nicely and the quote was honoured even though they had too do extra work around our steps. I am a fussy home owner and I was impressed at the work they did so I would recommend them to do any work for any of my friends.
