We had a ywater leak thoroughbred the foundation that came from an overflowing gutter into the laundry room. I called inch by inch inspections. I talked to an inspector named Tony Muscat. I explained to him what has happened. He said that mold will develop within the first 24-48 hours. Also not to tare down the drywall and baseboards myself.. It will disturb the mold spores. He was very thorough explaining what he was going to do to check for moisture and mold. When he showed up he showed me where the source of moisture is through his moisture detection tools Tony explained what needs to be done step by step. Gave me some options of how to rectify the problem. Gave me some referrals for rebuilding the laundry room. What needs to be cleaned and fixed right away and what can wait. I would definitely recommend Tony Muscat from inch by inch inspections.
