Louis is a nice owner, but nice doesn't mean anything when there are screw-up in he installation. The $9000 front door quality is good. But the installers screwed up by putting a screw through the side panel (attached). It created a hole in the front door. Either the screw is too long, or simply a installation carelessness. Either way, If they call themselves specialists, they better be the experts. I don't see it here. This hole will create water issues. It is not a prefect door now. They did not hook up the alarm system for the door. The trim around round the door was not painted. Door bell installation was installed in a sloppy way.

The driveway was completed within three days. It looks beautiful. Craftsmanship is excellent. The installation team is professional and friendly. Garbage was removed within a few days. Deck design is basic, not the most creative. Finished a 22x18 deck in 2 days. Gravel under the deck however, was not spread out evenly, which requires my tidy up.
