Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

I can’t thank you enough Paul for the absolutely thorough job you did and the unbiased opinions you gave on our recent home inspection in Stittsville, Ottawa. What struck me the most was your expertise, your qualifications, and your direct approach in inspecting the property and your professional approach in dealing with the sellers real estate agent. The inspection was not about the quantity or the appearance of the report as much as the quality of information within and the extent of the concerns noted during the inspection. I was impressed by the amount of time you spent performing the inspection and more importantly all the time you had allotted to discuss the findings. I know that we could count on your help in the future regarding the purchase of any future properties. Based on your inspection, we felt confident to reject the purchase of this home that was not code compliant in many ways. This would have been a disaster for my parents! Regards, Magdi, P.Eng.
