First we hired Matt from Urban Pro to stain our wooden outdoor patio roof and paint beams and colons. He did a great work in sanding all boards, priming and staining. All work was done with no mess and with very reasonable cost. Later Matt painted corridor and washroom in our house. Again, work was completed with reasonable price and on time. I had a very good experience working with Matt. He’s very focused on customer happiness and satisfaction, very flexible and does the job right.

I hired Frank to build a cedar/stone shed for the future entertainment/video game cabin. This is was the most trouble free experience I’ve ever had with the contractor. Frank is very professional with high skills and great attitude. The build quality and housekeeping was amazing. I and my wife are very happy with the cabin.

I purchased 8 x 8 PVC column wraps from Elite for my backyard patio roof. Very good product. It comes as a kit and you can choose different sizes and trim. I bought with Georgian cornice and it looks great. Very easy to install and instruction is available on the website. My project is not complete as I need to wrap beams using Elite trim PVC boards and cornice.

I met Vitaliy and 2 other RYR competitors last year to give me a quote to replace my old roof including eaves troughs & gutters on my back split house. RYR was the first who I invited as they worked on a roof in my neighbourhood. Vitaliy assess the work that I wanted to be done and made his recommendation about shingles to purchase and explained the installation process. I checked reviews of the shingles that Vitaliy had recommended and realized it was a very good quality brand. I also invited the other two respectful companies to quote my roof with the same shingles and the same scope of work. One company gave me almost a double price (I guess because of extended warranty and more expensive miscellaneous materials), the other company was a bit more expensive than RYR and couldn’t commit to do the same scope of work that I needed. This year I invited Vitaliy again and we went through the all details regarding the roof replacement process and I hired the company. It was a pleasure to deal with both Vitaliy in the field and an admin woman over the phone. Vitaliy was patient with me and answered all my questions. Crew showed up and finished the job as per the schedule. They fixed my kitchen ventilation and installed a proper vent on the roof. I didn’t even know that I had a problem there. Workers left area around my house cleaned. I received 10 year warranty certificate. I think, based on the customer service, price, and materials that company use, RYR is the right choice. I’ll hire this company again.
