An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Your team responded very well. I called at 2:30pm and they were here at 5:00pm. They handled everything, I didn't need to lift a finger in fact, they discouraged me from assisting. They were able to dismantle and break up a large concrete table and other miscellaneous stuff. Very courteous, and professional, and great at the clean-up. I was impressed. But importantly, they had a great work ethic and plenty of personality. Well done!
